Description de l'opération : ): L'objectif principal est de former les responsables de l'e-business des OSE MED et des consultants externes à la méthodologie du nouveau service qui aura été défini pendant l'opération précédente. L'outil de diagnostique créé lors de la première phase fera partie de la méthodologie du nouveau service. La formation sera menée par des experts de COPCA et de l'ECCI. Bénéficiaires : OSE MED (partenaires et du réseau MED-ALLIANCE), consultants externes des pays partenaires (Syrie, Liban, Maroc).Nombres de participants EU : 1 Représentants de la CCI de l'Estonie, 1 représentant de COPCANombre de participants Med : 2 représentants par OSE partenaires (6), et max. 2 spécialistes par pays (OSE locales et/ou consultants). Par ailleurs, les operateurs In Med seront invités à participer à la session de formation.Résultats attendus : Le principal résultat sera que des responsables en e-business des OSE MED partenaires ainsi que des autres OSE MED souhaitant participer à la formation, et les consultants externes des pays partenaires seront formés à une nouvelle méthodologie d'un service d'appui à l'internationalisation des PMEs. Un nouveau service aura donc été crée et transféré aux pays MED. De plus, un Guide Méthodologique du nouveau service ainsi qu'une brochure des aspects clés du Marketing Digital seront un des résultats de l'opération |
