ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT - The Oriental welcomes the 2nd modules of the ANIMA Master Classes

From 25 to 29 March 2019, ANIMA Investment Network, under the Moroccan presidency, is co-organising with the Oriental Agency the second session of the Master Classes Economic Development in Nador (Morocco), a series of certified training courses on territorial marketing, and the development and management of cooperation projects.

The 2nd session of the training sessions held as part of EBSOMED, a project co-financed by the European Union to strengthen business support organisations and business networks in the southern neighbourhood, includes 5 days of training with the ANIMA team, during which study visits to the Oriental region will be organised.


Economic Development Master Classes in Morocco

With the holding of this 2nd session in Nador, the Oriental Agency wishes to reaffirm its contribution to a continuous improvement of the business and investment climate and to sustainable and shared economic development in the Oriental region and Morocco, and more broadly in the Mediterranean. It will thus welcome more than forty executives from 7 countries for the second module of each cycle ("Territorial marketing: structuring and promoting an attractive ecosystem" and "Development and project management: cooperation and fundraising"), a study visit and the ANIMA Board of Directors:

▪ 25 - 26 March 2019: Cycle 4. Development and project management: cooperation and fundraising - Module N. Diagnosis: transforming a territorial challenge into a project idea

▪ 27 March 2019: Study visit in partnership with the Marchica Agency

▪ 28 - 29 March 2019: Cycle C2 Territorial Marketing: structuring and promoting an attractive ecosystem - Module F. Governance of territorial marketing

▪ 28 March 2019: ANIMA Board of Directors


A training cycle for executives of economic development organisations in the EMEA region

The Economic Development Master Classes are training courses for executives of economic development organisations in the Mediterranean, European and sub-Saharan African countries:

- Cycle 1. Facilitating foreign investment / Foreign direct investment logic

- Cycle 2. Territorial marketing: structuring and promoting an attractive ecosystem

- Cycle 3. Organisation of the detection and monitoring of investment projects

- Cycle 4. Project development and management: cooperation and fundraising

Each cycle consists of four modules over a maximum period of 18 months. Each module corresponds to a 3-day seminar organised in a country in Europe, the Mediterranean or sub-Saharan Africa and includes a study visit. During the pilot phase (as part of the EBSOMED project), each cycle will select 23 fellows who will follow these 4 modules.
