ANIMA's programme includes around fifty operations per year (seminars, regional events, studies, newsletter, promotion documents, web site development, data bases, various initiatives). In general, this programme includes around twenty heavy operations, such as the organisation of seminars or the participation in business fairs or exhibitions. |

The importance of partnership for ANIMA |
Facing this ambitious programme, the project management unit (PMU) represents a small team (6 people financed by Europe), also solicited for presentations of the project, administrative tasks (reporting), and the management of operational.
To be able to implement the programme, to provide a comprehensive content, and to benefit from external leverage, the ANIMA PMU has developed partnerships with various organisations, companies or projects.
A local ANIMA seminar, for example, is a "co-production" between the ANIMA PMU and the host IPA. |
